Abstract	Стаття присвячена проблемам розвитку фінансових потоків у сучасному світі. У роботі проаналізовано історію глобалізації фінансових потоків, чинники глобалізації, інститути регулювання і контролю світового фінансового ринку. Окрема увага приділена іноземному капіталу в банківських системах Центральної і Східної Європи та України. The article is devoted the problems of development of financial streams in the modern world. History of globalization of financial streams, index of\| globalization, institutes of adjusting and control of world financial market, is in-process analysed. Separate attention is spared a foreign capital in the bankings systems of Central and East Europe and Ukraine.
