Abstract	В статті обґрунтована необхідність примушення вітчизняного бізнесу до інновацій. Розглянуто закордонний досвід примушення до інновацій, зокрема в сфері підвищення енергоефективності та екологічної безпеки господарської діяльності. Сформульовано поняття примушення до інновацій. В якості його пріоритетного інструменту розглядаються технічні регламенти. The necessity of a compulsion in the national business innovation changes is substantiated in the article below. The international experience of the compulsion technique for an adoption of innovations is examined, and in particular, in the following spheres: the Power Efficiency and the Ecological Safety of the economical activity. The concept of “the innovation compulsion” is defined. As a priority tool, technical regulations are considered.
