Abstract	Автор досліджує витоки права в Україні. Автор статті характеризує перші історичні джерела права на українських землях та робить висновок, що формування правової системи на території сучасної України почалося ще за глибокої давнини. The author explores the origins of law in Ukraine. The author describes the first historical sources of law in the Ukrainian lands and concludes that the formation of the legal system on the territory of Ukraine began by antiquity.
