Abstract	У статті визначені основи будови базової моделі динаміки державного боргу та моделі динаміки питомого державного боргу за умов профіциту та дефіциту державного бюджету. The bases of construction of model of dynamics of a public debt and model of dynamics of a specific public debt under condition of proficiency and deficiency of the state budget is described in this article.
