Abstract	Забруднення грунтів і водойм у зв'язку з інтенсивним застосуванням мінеральних добрив і пестицидів в значній мірі посилює екологічну кризу. Небезпечна і шкідлива дія агрономічних засобів захисту і живлення рослин, які циркулюють і накопичуюються в грунті, поверхневих і грунтових водах може бути обмежена тільки при умові ефективної регламентації цих засобів. Contamination of soil and water due to the intensive use of fertilizers and pesticides greatly enhances the ecological crisis. Hazardous and harmful effects of agronomic crop protection and plant nutrition, and nakopychuyuyutsya circulating in the soil, surface water and groundwater may be limited only if the effective regulation of these facilities.
