Abstract	Стаття присвячена впливу соціальних стандартів на формування бази для фінансування культурної сфери у суспільстві. Автор пропонує підхід до визначення бази на основі вимірювань з урахуванням інституційних особливостей регіонального розвитку. The article is dedicating to the influence of social standards on the formation of the measurement data of funding cultural spheres in society. The author suggests an approach to defining these measurement data with taking into account institutional features of the regional development.
