Abstract	У дослідженні обґрунтовується положення, відповідно до якого впровадження моделі участі територіальних громад у фінансуванні місцевого розвитку має стати пріоритетом державної фінансової політики у сфері забезпечення соціально-економічного розвитку сільських територій в Україні. The research proves the importance of the participation's model of territorial communities in financing local development. This one should become the priority of Ukrainian financial policy in the field of socio-economic development of rural territory.
