Abstract	Стаття присвячена проблемам організації роботи інформаційно-аналітичної системи банку. Автор наводить загальні рекомендації щодо створення в банку системи управління потоками ділової інформації, здатної оперативно забезпечувати керівництво та підрозділи банку повною та коректною інформацією, необхідною для прийняття рішень. The article is devoted to the problems of organization of informational-analytical banking system. The author makes common recommendations of formation the system of managing of business information flows in the bank. This information must be capable to supply managers and the departments of the bank by the total and appropriate information, which is necessary for making decisions.
