Abstract	У статті подається критичний аналіз законодавчих актів України та наукових підходів до визначення понять «банківське регулювання» та «банківський нагляд» та обґрунтовується власні підходи до їх трактування. The article deals with a critical analysis of legislative acts of Ukraine and scientific approaches to the definition of "banking regulation" and "banking supervision" and justified their approaches to their treatment.
