Abstract	У статті розглядається процес виявлення додаткових фінансових потоків в комерційних банках внаслідок реалізації інвестиційних проектів по впровадженню інноваційних технологій обслуговування клієнтів. The process of additional financial streams exposure in commercial banks as a result of investment projects’ realization in relation to introduction of innovative technologies of clients’ maintenance is examined in the article.
