Abstract	У статті досліджено проблеми визначення сутності та специфічних особливостей ринку інноваційного інвестування, виділено об’єкти та суб’єкти цього ринку, проаналізовано взаємозалежність банківського капі-талу та інновацій, визначено місце та функції комерційних банків на ринку інноваційного інвестування, конкретні форми надання банками послуг по фі-нансовому забезпеченню інноваційної діяльності суб’єктів господарювання. This article studies problems of definition of essence and specific features of market of innovative investments, objects and subjects of this market aredistin-guished, dependence of banking capital and innovations is analyzed; placeand functions of commercial banks in the market of innovative investments and con-crete forms of banking services rendering in financial maintenance of enterprise innovative activity are fixed.
