Abstract	This paper deals with theoretical questions of formation of financial intermediation in the financial services market in Ukraine. Analysis of financial intermediaries and singled out the main directions of reforming the activity of non-bank financial institutions in Ukraine. Ця стаття присвячена теоретичним питанням формування фінансового посередництва на ринку фінансових послуг в Україні, аналізується стан фінансового посередництва в Україні, на яоснові якого формалізовано основні напрями реформування діяльності небанківських фінансових установ в Україні.
