Abstract	In this article, it has been attempted to analyze the features and identify the deficiencies in legal regulation of pensions (benefits) for disabled people in agreements between Ukraine, CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) and Baltic Sea Countries (Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia) and to present some proposals for its improvement. У статті здійснена спроба проаналізувати особливості та виявити недоліки правового регулювання пенсійного забезпечення інвалідів в угодах України з країнами СНД та Прибалтики та викласти пропозиції щодо їх удосконалення.
