Abstract	У статті визначено елементи правового статусу промислово-фінансових груп: майнові, компетенційні, організаційні та інші. Виявлено недоліки у законодавстві про промислово-фінансові групи і запропоновано зміни до нього, що дозволять удосконалити елементи правового статусу. The elements of the legal status of industrial-financial groups: property, of competence, organizational and other was identified in the article. Revealed disadvantages in the legislation about industrial-financial groups and proposed changes to it that will improve the legal status.
