Abstract	Статтю присвячено визначенню характеристик концесійної діяльності в авіаційній галузі та встановленню можливості застосування концесійного механізму до підприємств авіаційного транспорту в умовах сучасного правового регулювання. Запропоновано більш активно застосовувати концесійні механізми в авіаційній галузі. Article is devoted to definition of characteristics of concession activity in aviation branch and to definition of a possibility of application the concession mechanism to the enterprises of an air transportation in conditions of modern legal regulation. More actively to apply concession mechanisms in aviation branch was offered.
