Abstract	Вибір промисловими підприємствами стратегій диверсифікації в умовах обмеженості ресурсів: фінансових, сировинних та інших, вимагає зосередження їх на найбільш перспективних напрямках, де імовірність досягнення конкурентного успіху є найбільшою. Опанування цих напрямків має здійснюватися на основі порівняльної оцінки стратегічного потенціалу підприємства і зовнішнього середовища господарювання. Choice by the industrial enterprises of strategies of diversification in the conditions of the limited nature of resources : financial, raw material et al, requires concentrating of them on the most perspective directions, where probability of achievement of competition success is most. A capture these directions must come true on the basis of comparative estimation of strategic potential of enterprise and environment of menage.
