Abstract	У статті розглянуто теоретичні засади формування стратегії розвитку фінансового ринку України. Проведено аналіз існуючої законодавчої бази, що регламентує державне прогнозування та розробку програм соціально-економічного розвитку, в тому числі програм розвитку фінансового ринку. In the article theoretical bases of formation of strategy of development of the financial market of Ukraine are considered. The analysis of existing legislative base which regulates thestate forecasting and working out of programs of social and economic development, including programs of development of the financial market is carried out.
