Abstract	Розглядаються питання стосовно ролі корпоративного кредитного рейти-нгу у становленні та розвитку фондового ринку України. Проаналізовано діяль-ність відомих рейтингових агентств та виявлено відповідності між внутрішнім і міжнародними рейтингами. Крім того, автором зроблено оцінку кредитного рейтингу деяких підприємств металургійної та коксохімічної галузі України, результати якої висвітлено в даній статті. The role of corporate credit rating in the development of Ukrainian stock market is considered in the article. The analysis is given to the activity of the well-known rating agencies and the adequacy between domestic and international rating institutions has been revealed. Besides, the author made an attempt to estimate the credit rating of the leading enterprises of the Ukrainian metallurgt and chemical industries, the results of the above estimation are covered in the article.
