Abstract	У статті на основі критичного аналізу існуючих підходів до визначення термінів “продукт”, “послуга” та “операція” банку висловлюються власні підходи до їх визначення, і робиться спроба пов’язати функції та основні напрямки діяльності банку в сучасних умовах. Based on the critical analysis of the existing approaches to the definition of the terms “product”, “service” and “operation” of a bank the article presents its own methods for defining these terms and makes an attempt to connect the functions and the main fields of bank’s activities in modern conditions.
