Abstract	С ростом инвестиционной активности повышается значение экологических факторов. Введение экологических ограничений поможет странам избежать участи «экологического демпинга», превращения в источник природного сырья и дешевой рабочей силы. With the growth of investment activity there is an increase of ecological factors. The introduction of ecological restrictions will help countries avoid the fate of “ecological dumping” zones and becoming the source of natural resources and cheap labor.
