Abstract	У статті автором розглянуто особливості формування національної моделі фінансового ринку. Визначено вирішальну роль банківських установ у розвитку фінансового ринку країни і доведено, що він має характер банкоцентричного ринку. В той же час йому властиві ряд суттєвих особливостей, обумовлених станом вітчизняної економіки. In the article the author considers peculiarities of formation the national model of the financial market. The main role of banks in development of the financial market of the country is defined. The author proves that the Ukrainian financial market is bank-based. The national model of the financial market has essential features which are caused by domestic economy condition.
