Abstract	У статті автором розглянуто роль та значення державного замовлення як інструмента регулювання економічних процесів в умовах кризи. Наведено характеристику основних функцій, що притаманні даному інструменту регулювання економіки. Визначено основні принципи здійснення державного замовлення в Україні. Виокремлено базові елементи системи державного замовлення в Україні. In the article the author considers a role, importance and the basic functions of the public procurement as instrument of regulation of economic processes in the conditions of crisis. Main principles of realization of the public procurement in Ukraine are defined. Base elements of system of the public procurement in Ukraine are allocated.
