Abstract	У статті розглянуто особливості розвитку ринку капіталу в сучасних економічних умовах. Проведено аналіз показників динаміки випуску цінних паперів в Україні. Досліджено показники обсягу торгів цінними паперами. In the articles features of development of the market of the capital in modern economic conditions are considered. The analysis of indicators of dynamics of release of securities in Ukraine is carried out. Indicators of capacity of the auctions are investigated by securities.
