Abstract	Стаття містить положення про механізм реалізації функцій глави держави як цілісної системи державних організацій чи технологій, за допомогою яких глава держави реалізує свої повноваження. The article discovers the information about the mechanism of realization of functions of a head of the state. In particular, he is examined as integral system of state organizations and technologies, by which a head of the state will realize the plenary powers.
