Abstract	В статті розглядаються проблеми становлення системи незалежного фінансового контролю в Україні. Розглянуто правовий статус аудиту в системі державного фінансового контролю. In the article the problems of becoming of a system of independent financial monitoring in Ukraine are considered. The legal status of audit in a system of state financial monitoring is considered.
