Abstract	У статті розглядаються питання стосовно діяльності саморегулівних організацій на фінансовому ринку України, визначено їх роль в регулюванні, основні види ризиків та принципи діяльності. Також, надано певні узагальнюючі рекомендації щодо вирішення нагальних проблем в саморегулюванні. The article considers the issue of activity of self-regulatory institutions on the financinal market of Ukraine. Defined their role in the regulation, the main types of risks and principles of activity. Besides, the general recommendations concerning the settling the major problems in self-regulation have been issued.
