Abstract	Дана стаття присвячена проблемам соціально-економічного розвитку в умовах переходу до інформаційного суспільства. Автор приділяє увагу екологічним, економічним та соціальним проблемам у сучасному суспільстві і перспективам вирішення цих проблем в умовах інформаційного суспільства. Автор аналізує інституційну основу вирішення зазначених проблем. This paper is devoted to the problems of social-economic development in conditions of transition towards informational society. The author pays attention to ecological, economic and social problems in modern society and the perspectives of the problems solving in conditions of informational society. The author analyzes institutional basis of solving the problems mentioned.
