Abstract	У статті розглянуто особливості розвитку фінансового ринку з точки зору його впливу на фінансову безпеку країни. Досліджено основні напрямки непродуктивного відтоку капіталу з країни. Визначено основні шляхи посилення ролі фінансового ринку в економічному зростанні країни. In the article features of development of the share market from the point of view of its influence on financial safety of the country are considered. The basic directions of unproductive flowing off of capital from the country are investigated. The basic ways of strengthening of a role of the share market to economic growth of the country are defined.
