Abstract	У статті розглядаються питання стосовно випуску муніципальних облігацій та визначення їх ролі на ринку місцевих запозичень, виявлено основні переваги та проблеми випуску облігацій місцевих позик. In the article the questions concerning the issue of municipal bonds and the determination of their role at the local borrowing market are considered; the main advantages and the problems of local borrowing bonds issue are determined.
