Abstract	В статі наводиться механізм управління інвестиційним кредитуванням, що базується на моделі комерційного банку, як відкритої динамічної системи. Авторами презентовано аналіз моделі кредитної активності банку, що дозволить ефективність кредитних інвестицій та оптимізувати паритет параметрів витрати - доходи, прибутковість-ризик під час кредитних операцій. In ihe article the mechanism of management of the credit investments is considered, which basis is the model of commercial bank as open complex dynamical system. The authors have presented in detail the analysis of model of credit activity of bank, which introduction will allow to increase efficiency of credit investments, and also to optimise a parity (ratio) of parameters "charges - incomes", "profitability - risk" as realization of credit operations.
