Abstract	В статті розглянуті підходи до визначення сутності поняття стратегії, виділені її основні складові, визначено особливості та проблеми стратегії розвитку на підприємствах, запропоновано напрямки подальшого використання. In the article there are the considered approaches to determination of essence of concept of strategy, its basic constituents are selected, features and problems of strategy of development are certain on enterprises, offered directions of the subsequent use.
