Abstract	Обґрунтовано необхідність формування і реалізації стратегій конкуренції як елемента системи розвитку банку. Визначено базові стратегії конкуренції та особливості їх використання в банківській сфері. Описані основні критерії та фактори, що впливають на вибір банком конфігурації стратегії конкуренції. The necessity of competitive strategies creation and implementation as the part of bank’s development system is based. The generic competitive strategies and peculiarities of their usage in banks are determined. The basic criteria and factors, which influence on the choice of competitive strategy configuration, are described.
