Abstract	Визначено основні проблеми аудиту операцій з ыноземними ынвестиціями. Наведено критичний аналіз підходу до оцінки "матеріальність", запропоновано крайні суми. The audit's problems of organization and methodology of operations with foreign investments are slated. The critical analysis of the approach 10 the estimation of " materiality " is regarded, the calculation of iu " materiality " bordering sums is suggested.
