Abstract	В роботі проаналізовані можливості залучення інвестиційних ресурсів українськими підприємствами через фондовий ринок та вплив окремих факторів, які перешкоджають потенційним підприємцям - емітентам залучати інвестиції з використанням цього ринку: існуюча система оподаткування, рівень менеджменту та величина підприємства, наявність нових технологій і конкурентоспроможних товарів. In work the opportunities of attraction of investment resources by the Ukrainian enterprises through the share market and influence of the separate factors are analyses which interfere with the potential businessmen - emitters to attract the investments with use of this market: existing system of the taxation, level of management and size of the enterprise, presence of new technologies and competitive goods.
