Abstract	У статті здійснено дослідження причин використання та процесу становлення приватно-орендної форми промисловості у роки непу; проаналізовані складнощі функціонування приватно-орендних підприємств та причини їх витіснення з промислового сектору радянської економіки. In the article the reasons of the use and becoming of private-rent form of industry in the years of new economic policy are researched; complications of functioning of private-rent enterprises and reasons of their forcing out of the industrial sector of soviet economy are analysed.
