Abstract	Стаття присвячена проблемам визначення оптимального обсягу зовнішньої інформації, необхідної для прийняття управлінських рішень в комерційному банку, а також проблемам визначення вартості залученої інформації. Автор пропонує визначати обсяг додаткової інформації не тільки максимально можливою величиною ресурсів. The article is devoted to the determination problems of the optimum volume of outer-information, which is necessary for administrative decision-making, and also to the problems of attracted information value determination. The author proposes to determine the volume of extra-information not as the most possible value of the resources, which bank can single out, but as the ability of bank to accept them and process the attracted information qualitatively.
