Abstract	Для розуміння сучасних умов забезпеченості підприємств оборотними активами автор зробив ретроспективний огляд податкової політики в Україні. Автором зробив акцент на впливі податків на прибуток. Принципи авансової сплати податків та принципи працюючого податку на додану вартість розглядаються у рамках визначеної проблеми. Автор пропонує основні напрямки удосконалення податкової політики з ціллю підвищення рівня забезпеченості підприємств оборотними активами. For understanding of the contemporary condition of the provision of enterprises with circulating assets the author made retrospective analyze of the taxation policy in Ukraine. The author made a special emphasis on the influence of taxes on a profit. The principles of advance payment on taxes and the principles of working value-added tax are considered in the issue. The author proposes the main direction of improvement of taxing policy with the purpose of increase of level of the provision of enterprises with the circulating assets.
