Abstract	Обсуждаются недостатки методов предварительной линеаризации нелинейных относительно параметров функций регрессий. Предлагается определять параметры нелинейных регрессионных моделей непосредственно, минимизируя сумму квадратов отклонений экспериментальных точек от линии регрессии методами нелинейного программирования. Приведены примеры, демонстрирующие преимущества предлагаемого подхода по сравнению с методами, использующими линеаризацию. The methods preliminary linearisations of nonlinear functions of regresses are criticized. To define the parametres of nonlinear equations it is suggested to minimize the sum of squares of errors with the help of methods of nonlinear programming. The examples are given.
