Abstract	В статье рассматриваются особенности реализации инициальных формул в англоязычных сказках в сравнении с инициальными формулами русской и украинской сказок; делается вывод о вневременном неопределенном характере событий сказок дистантных народов. The article deals with peculiarities of realization of initial formulas in the English fairy-talеs in comparison with initial formulas of Russian and Ukrainian fairy-talеs; the author comes to the conclusion about super-temporal indefinite character of events in fairy-talеs of distant nations.
