Abstract	Розглянуто еволюційний розвиток системи контролінгу як цілісної концепції управління компаніями різних галузей та організаційно-правових форм. Проведено порівняльний аналіз використання системи контролінгу в управлінні підприємст-вами різних країн (США, Німеччини, Польщі, Росії), що дало можливість визначити необхідність і аргументувати доціль-ність використання даного інструмента вітчизняними суб’єктами господарювання. The evolutional development of controlling as the whole conception of the financial management of companies different sectors and organizational forms is considered. The comprehensive analysis of usage the controlling in the enterprises’ of the different countries (USA, Germany, Poland, Russia) is proceeded. It is allowed to determine the necessity and to argue the sense of using this instrument by the national legal enterties.
