Abstract	У статті розглянуто перспективи використання сек'юритизації комерційними банками України, проаналізовано механізм, бізнес-процеси та ризики сек'юритизації, також зроблено прогнозну оцінку результатів сек'юритизації на прикладі одного з банків України. The article considers the prospects of applying securitization in the commercial banks of Ukraine; mechanism, business processes and risks of securitization are analyzed, and the forecasting evaluation of the securitization results basing on the example of one Ukrainian bank is carried out.
