Abstract	Стаття присвячена особливостям формування грошової пропозиції в сучасних умовах та ступінь її чутливості до змін в економіці. Запропоновано нове тлумачення фундаментальних положень теорії грошей, а саме: нейтральність та екзогенність грошей; зв’язок змін грошової пропозиції та економічної кон’юнктури. Deals with research of fundamental laws of development of crises of monetary circulation. Features of formation of the monetary offer in modern conditions and a degree of its sensitivity to changes in economy are revealed. New interpretation of fundamental categories of the theory of money is offered, namely: a neutrality and exogenous money; connection of changes of the monetary offer and an economic conjuncture.
