Abstract	В статье освещены вопросы оптимизации системы налогообложения промышленных предприятий Украины, проведен анализ механизмов функционирования некоторых существующих налогов, приведены рекомендации по оптимизации отдельных направлений налоговой системы в целом. In clause the questions of optimization of system of the taxation of the industrial enterprises of Ukraine are covered, the analysis of mechanisms of functioning of some existing taxes is carried out, the recommendations concerning optimization separate directed of tax system as a whole are given.
