Abstract	У статті подано визначення сигналу інвестиційної привабливості країни та визначено особливості асиметрії інформації в процесах залучення іноземних інвестицій. Крім того, досліджено ряд сигналів, що формують образ інвестиційної привабливості та інвестиційної спроможності, зокрема на прикладі Російської Федерації та Німеччини. Definition of a signal of investment attractiveness of the country has formulated and the features of asymmetry of the information in processes of attraction of foreign investments have shown. Besides, a number of signals that form an image of investment attractiveness and investment ability in application to the Russian Federation and Germany have researched.
