Abstract	З метою удосконалення теоретичних та практичних аспектів житлового забезпечення працівників ОВС розглянута система нормативно-правових актів, проаналізовані проблемні питання, окреслені перспективні напрямки удосконалення житлового забезпечення, зокрема, шляхом внесення відповідних змін та доповнень до чинних нормативно-правових актів. With purpose of improvement theoretical and practical aspects of housing maintenance of Law-enforcement organs employees the system of normative-legal acts is considered, problem questions are analyzed, perspective directions of improvement of housing maintenance are outlined, in particular, by entering respective alterations and additions into working normative-legal acts.
