Abstract	У статті розглядається проблема етнічних конфліктів у посткомуністичному світі. Аналізуються причини і умови розгортання етнічних конфліктів. Досліджуються етапи розвитку етнічних конфліктів. Виокремлюються особливості прояву етнічних конфліктів в умовах посткомуністичної трансформації. This article discusses the problem of ethnic conflicts in the post-Communist world. The causes and conditions of the deployment of ethnic conflicts are analyzed. The stages of development of ethnic conflicts are examined. The author selectes the features of the manifestation of ethnic conflicts in the post-Communist transformation.
