Abstract	Визначено, що договір оренди житла з правом викупу є реальною можливістю реалізації житлових прав громадян. Автор характеризує істотні умови договору оренди житла з правом викупу, зазначаючи, що для усунення непорозумінь у його практичному застосуванні необхідно подальше дослідження. Certainly, that a contract of lease of habitation with a right for redemption is the real marketability housings rights for citizens. An author characterizes the substantial conditions of the agreement of lease of habitation with a right for redemption, marking that for the removal of misunderstanding in his practical application it is necessary subsequent research.
