Abstract	Поява нової дисципліни – теорії управління навчальними закладами, яка називається освітній менеджмент, породила безліч питань щодо використання термінів “менеджмент”, “адміністрування”, “лідерство” та “управління”. В статті розглядаються відмінності використання цих термінів з точки зору різниці між ролями “менеджера”, “лідера”, “управлінця” Appearance of the new discipline – theory of running educational organizations, which has been named educational management, has stipulated many discussions concerning the use of terms “management”, “administration”, “leadership” and “governance”. The peculiarities the use of these terms are investigated in the article as well as the difference between the roles of “manager”, “leader”, “governor”.
