Abstract	У статті розглядається проблема ефективності зовнішніх методів управління проблемними активами банківської системи України та міжнародний досвід втручання держави у цей процес. Для найшвидшого зменшення обсягів проблемних активів та нарощування темпів кредитування реальної економіки обґрунтовано необхідність створення державного санаційного банку, або державної компанії управління проблемними активами. The article discusses the problem of the effectiveness of external problem assets of the banking system of Ukraine and international experience of the process. For the most rapid reduction of bad assets and increasing the pace of lending to the real economy justified the need for public sanatsiynoho bank or state company managing problem assets.
