Abstract	У статті доведено, що соціально-економічний розвиток території залежить від величини і ефективності використання її інвестиційного потенціалу. Визначено, що величина інвестиційного потенціалу території залежить від рівня забезпечення інвестиційної безпеки. Розглянуто теоретичні та науково-методичні аспекти забезпечення інвестиційної безпеки регіону. It has been proved in the article that socio-economic development of the territory depends on the size and efficient use of its investment potential. It has been determined that the size of investment potential of the territory depends on the enforcement level of investment security. Theoretical and methodological aspects of enforcement of investment security of the region have been also considered in this article.
